Meet The Owner
The owner of MindFit is Jessica Cannon. She is a mother, a veteran of the Army National Guard, a coworker, a significant other, a homemaker, a daughter and a sister. We all play so many roles in our lives as you probably do. At MindFit Counseling, our one true passion is helping others achieve their goals, develop their mind and be the best they can be in any role that they play.
